The location on this mid century modern condo community is amazing! The community is not inside Baldwin Park, but our property line is adjacent to the Baldwin Park area. If you are looking for a place to really call home instead of just another place to rent, please read these next few paragraphs about the community. The community is unique since it was a small condo community. The family that I work for ended up purchasing all of the condos. They have hired me (15 years experience) to manage the community like an apartment community. So basically it's like condo living, but you get the on-site management and exceptional maintenance service that you normally wouldn't get in a condo rental. It's also a little more personal than the big, corporate owned apartment complexes. There are some really great neighbors here too. Some of them have lived here for more than 30 years! I think many of the neighbors feel like this is truly their home, rather than just a temporary place to rent. And that's what we want. Because I want you to live here for many years, I make sure the condo is in excellent condition. Our maintenance technician does a thorough check of the home. I personally chose to live in the community with my wife and my two boys, so I have a vested interest in it being clean and friendly. We have all the Baldwin Park schools including Audubon Elementary, Glenridge Middle, and Winter Park High school. These are some of the best schools in the state and would be a good enough reason to want to move here even without the other perks. The community is peaceful - we are right on Lake Gear with a lakeside swimming pool, picnic area, and even a fishing pier. We are also in a great location only 3 miles to downtown and within walking distance of fine shopping, groceries, Fashion Square Mall, fine dining, bowling, movie theaters, and more.
