Below is our application process:
Bank Owned Property Managers are to collect the following:
Must have valid ID and s Social Security number
Application fee of $50 per adult (21+) in form of cash, money order, or cashiers check, must be in hand before the application page can be handed out.
Completed Application-via online
Credit Bureau Report- is emailed to applicant after application is completed.
Criminal Background report
Employment History-household income must be 3 x's the rent
Applicant must meet minimal requirements for the bank to approve:
21 or older
No negative utility, phone, rental, mortgage history
Credit Score of at least 600
Verified income on all applicants (check stubs, tax return, or employment letterhead)
Consistent work history for one year
Clean criminal history, subject to compliance with legal requirements permitting consideration of criminal history over 7 years. (minor offense, no felony)
Applicants May Still Be Approved With Additional Security Deposit IF:
1. Slight lower credit score
2. Gaps in employment history, with extenuating circumstances, verifiable sources of income and good rental/mortgage history only.
3. Minor (no felony) criminal offenses over 7 years
