With old-growth oak and cypress trees abounding, wooded trails and fishing lakes, you'd never guess that Canopy Walk is just 3 miles from the beach! Yet this gated complex has all the amenities, and in our condo you can enjoy them all to the fullest! Sit out on our spacious lanai and gaze out at a beautiful lake, with a wooded area just beyond. The sun sets spectacularly behind these trees, and you can enjoy every minute of it on our breezy, beautiful lanai! If you're traveling with a big group, you'll appreciate the extra sleeping space in our condo. Like all units in Canopy Walk, we have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but we also have a sofa sleeper for 2 more people. And in our big, light-filled rooms, there's always plenty of space for everyone. Come in from the lanai and make yourself at home in our living room. A palm-frond ceiling fan refreshes you as you watch TV or a favorite movie, while part of your group sits around the dining table playing Hearts. The open-plan design of our condo keeps everyone together but not on top of each other -- just the way you want on your vacation! In addition to the dining area, we also have a sun-soaked breakfast nook with another table and chairs. This is a great area for that first cup of coffee, and also makes a good privacy corner if someone in the group needs to set up the laptop and get a little work done. (You have free wireless Internet at Canopy Walk 1121.) Or, if the kids need to wind down for naptime, let them eat lunch here, away from the noise and distractions of the rest of the gang! The kitchen is conveniently central to both the breakfast nook and the dining and living space. And you're going to love our well-appointed, spotlessly clean kitchen! Whether you want to prepare gourmet feasts or simply get snacks and drinks for the family, you'll find everything you need here. We have new appliances, a full complement of cookware, dishes, and utensils, and time-savers such as a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and ice and water in the refrigerator door. Make a grocery run at the beginning of your trip and then forget about stocking up -- there's enough space in our fridge and cupboards to hold all your supplies! Our laundry room is also perfectly equipped: a full-sized washer and dryer waiting for you. So whether you have lots of clothes to keep clean or simply need to run the occasional load of towels and swimsuits, it's got you covered. One of the most important parts of any vacation is getting a good night's sleep, and you'll love the facilities at Canopy Walk 1121. Our master suite spoils you with an ultra-luxurious king-size bed, TV and DVD player in an entertainment center, sliding glass doors that access the lanai, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, and jack-and-jill sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third 2 twin beds. Each of these rooms has a TV as well, and a full second bathroom with both a bathtub and shower is convenient to both of them. And as for those two folks sleeping on the convertible sofa? They're waking up to a lovely view of the lake! Everybody sleeps well and wakes with a smile at Canopy Walk 1121! There is so much to do at our complex, you may never want to leave the 53-acre grounds! The Intracoastal Waterway runs right through it, surrounded by hiking and walking trails. A dock at the marina is waiting for your boat, and the lake outside your door is stocked for fishing. There are swimming pools (including a fun kids' water park), Jacuzzis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a clubhouse with a game room, fitness center, and lots of activities. Whatever your sport or outdoor passion, you can indulge it here at Canopy Walk! We're also just half a mile from the European Village, with world-class shopping and dining, and next door to Ginn Hammock PGA Golf Course. A luxury home away from home: There's no better way to describe Yacht Harbor 462. From the furnishings to the location to the amenities, it's an idyllic place to spend a month or more. To begin with, there's that spacious balcony directly overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, so you can bask in the sunrise and salt-tinged breezes while enjoying your morning coffee, watch the yachts parade past as you enjoy lunch, and admire playful dolphins, manatees, and seabirds during dinner. And don't forget to gaze up at the stars as you sip a late-night drink. It's tough for the interior of any condo to match the beauty of that view, but Yacht Harbor 462 certainly comes close. Decorated with top-quality, quietly elegant, and marvelously comfortable furnishings, the living room is a space you'll love lounging in. Then again, just about every room is designed for relaxing. Each of the three bedrooms as well as the living room has a flat-screen TV, and there's wireless web access, central air-conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Yacht Harbor 462 can sleep up to eight guests: There's a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third, plus one of the living room sofas converts to a full-size bed. Even with a full house, though, you'll never feel crowded. That's thanks in large part to the airy layout and wealth of space. It also helps that there are three full bathrooms and two separate eating areas (not counting the balcony, of course!). In addition to the large dining table in the area just off the living room, there's a charming breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen. This layout is especially handy if you're staying with kids: The youngsters can eat in one room while the adults dine in the other. The roomy, fully equipped kitchen means you're not at the mercy of restaurants and takeout joints. From the full-size refrigerator, oven, and stove to the smaller appliances such as coffeemaker and toaster to pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware, our kitchen has it all. If you're used to a dated or cramped kitchen, this will be a revelation-and a pleasure! In addition to all the tableware and kitchenware you could possibly need, Yacht Harbor 462 comes with fresh bedding, towels, and pillows; no need to bring your own. For even more convenience, the unit has its own full-size washer and dryer, so you don't have to even think about trekking to a laundromat. What you will want to think about instead is making the most of Yacht Harbor's walking trail. Plus there's the natural beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can fish, canoe, kayak, sail, and more. And don't forget Cinnamon Beach, only a half-mile away. You can also inquire about a temporary Hammock Beach Club membership; for an additional fee you can get access to five more pools including waterslide towers, a day spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, two additional restaurants (including a sushi bar!), and miniature golf. Just a bit farther afield there's historic and lively St. Augustine (only 20 minutes by car), Daytona (a half-hour drive), and the Orlando theme parks (less than two hours away). Whether you're visiting for pleasure, for business, or for a combination of both, you're certain to love staying in gorgeous, convenient, and luxurious Yacht Harbor. So why not book your reservation today? Minimum Stay is one month *** Plus one time cleaning fee is $150, security damage fee is $95, amenity fee is 4.5% & tax is 11%. The first thing you'll fall in love with at Pelican Inlet C216 is the balcony. Just off the living room, it overlooks the condo complex, and reminds you that you are only a short walk away from the Atlantic on one side and the Intracoastal on the other! Invigorating sea breezes and balmy air make the balcony an alluring place to sit in the early morning with a book and a cup of coffee. It's also the ideal venue for stargazing! When you step inside from the balcony, you find yourself in an open, airy living and dining area, with a soft rug on the tile floor and plenty of ultra-comfy seating. One of these couches converts into a bed for 2, and all are luxuriously relaxing after a day outdoors. Gather the group around our entertainment center and pop in an old VHS tape or DVD to watch together -- or let part of the group catch the big game on TV (you have cable here) while others break out the cards at the dining room table and play a little 500 Rummy! Our dining room table seats 4 comfortably and 6 at close quarters. It doesn't see many meals -- usually being snubbed in favor of the balcony! -- but it's a great place to spread out all your maps and sightseeing brochures to plan your next adventure. Right in the heart of the action, it's convenient and always busy! And while we're on the subject of convenient, you will appreciate our newly remodeled, absolutely sparkling kitchen. It's fully equipped with gourmet cookware, dishes, and utensils, and it's got all the timesavers that mean so much when you've got a busy schedule. From the microwave to the dishwasher to all the countertop appliances you could wish for, our kitchen makes your cooking time easier and more enjoyable. The convenience doesn't stop there, though. We have a washer and dryer for you to use while you're here, and we'll make sure all the linens, towels, pillows, and blankets you need for every bed and bath at Pelican Inlet C216 are fresh and waiting for you! We've tried to think of everything to make your stay a success. One of the most important parts of any vacation is being able to sleep well away from home, and you'll find the mattresses at Pelican Inlet C216 perfectly tempered and the bedrooms quiet and relaxing! Our master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, his-and-her bedside lamps, and a big window. The en suite bathroom is a luxury that keeps the entire area private. Sleep as late as you like in this peaceful suite! The second bedroom contains 2 twin-sized beds and plenty of storage space, and is convenient to the second full bathroom at Pelican Inlet C216. But the best feature of our condo is its location. Pelican Inlet is just steps from both the beach and the Intracoastal, and has some nice amenities. A swimming pool, tennis court, and private beach access via a dune walkover are available, as well as free boat parking and a boat ramp to the Intracoastal. This makes it the perfect venue for a fishing vacation. Pelican Inlet is just minutes by car from St. Augustine, and very close to world-class golf. Great shopping and sightseeing are all around you here, and there's plenty to do for all ages. Our little piece of the coastline is beautiful, unspoiled, and packed with scenery and recreation. Come stay here soon! *** Charges = $125 for cleaning, & $65 security damage waiver fee. 4.95% booking/amenity fee and tax is 10%. *** Charges = $125 for cleaning, & $65 security damage waiver fee. 4.95% booking/amenity fee and tax is 10%. From the breezy, spacious lanai of our luxury condo, you can view the wildlife and natural beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway and enjoy all the amenities of a fine resort! Canopy Walk is one of the best-kept secrets of Palm Coast, a gorgeous stretch of 53 acres of old-growth cypress and oak meandering along the Intracoastal. Bring your boat to our private marina, walk our pleasant nature trails, fish in our stocked lakes, and enjoy the many perks -- from swimming pools to a fitness center -- around the clubhouse here at Canopy Walk. There's so much to do, you just may forget to visit nearby St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and all the fine area golf courses! Our condo is beautifully furnished and tastefully appointed, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's ideal for several couples traveling together, a family, or a group of friends. There's plenty of room for the whole group here, and the sliding glass doors make the view incredible. The dining room table is always a focal point at Canopy Walk 242, though not often for meals (those mostly get eaten out in Palm Coast's fine restaurants or carried out to the lanai for al fresco enjoyment!). It's a great card and game table, the perfect place to set up the laptop, and a wonderful command center for spreading out maps and brochures of all the places you intend to visit while in northeast Florida. Adjacent to the dining area is our breakfast bar and kitchen. You'll love the convenience of bar stools for grabbing a quick bite or chatting with the cook. And fixing a meal or quick snack in the kitchen is simply a pleasure. The side-by-side has ice and water in the door, and all the major appliances are gleaming new. You'll also find those time-savers that mean so much when you're on vacation, from the coffeemaker to the microwave, the blender to the dishwasher. You can have the coffee made, the pastries toasted, and be out the door in minutes flat using our kitchen . . . or you can prepare a big homemade feast, with all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need right in our cupboards. The living and dining area of Canopy Walk 242 is all about open space and togetherness, while the bedrooms are delightfully private. The master contains a queen-sized sleigh bed, big TV, and windows overlooking the trees. Its en-suite bath is luxurious too, with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Heaven! Sandwiched between perfect sunrise and sunset, your days at our Venetian Beach House has a lot to live up to. Enjoy sunny days on the beach front deck or, in winter months, from within the glass-walled atrium. The shore is just a few steps away, a location that's sure to rearrange your life's priorities in more ways than one. Open up the glass sliding doors and set onto the porch. Just a few more steps, and you are on the beach. The Venetian Beach Front House is packed with care and detail to make your vacation that little bit sweeter. Gather in the living room for board games, pizza or general hanging out. Enjoy two large couches, and a rocking chair, too. High ceilings, lit with cheerful down-lighters, make a classic, inviting space. A TV is a trusted last resort, but we think you'll prefer your backyard beach and morning sunrises more. Bring your laptop to the glass atrium and enjoy the wireless Internet while watching the waves lapping the beach. Turn on Skype to communally brag to friends back at home. A long balcony spans the front of the living area. Sliding doors lead from the living areas, totaling an entire wall of oceanfront views. With a big deck one floor down, and steps leading straight on to the sand, your backyard jungle gym just got a lot less cool. With the Atlantic Ocean for your backyard, beach views on display in your master suite and living areas, plus a large deck, how could you want for anything? Venetian Beach House does its utmost to ensure your perfect relaxation: a full kitchen, comfy beds and lots of toys. Upstairs, three bedrooms afford beauty sleep in beautiful environments. The master suite rewards your family's top dogs with a king-sized bed and giant en suite bathroom. One floor above the living room, the master bedroom's views are even better. Guests, whether children, teens or other couples, have plenty of space and storage in their two bedrooms. Sleep happily - waking for the sunrise or lazing 'til noon - in either the second bedroom's queen or either of the third's two twins. Sharing a bathroom, this is a great floor-plan for parents with small kids who need to oversee bath time. A prime location near a charming 1920s-era surf town makes for great local exploration, whether along the beach or in the car. St. Augustine itself is less than 5 miles away, and - for those needing a Mickey fix - Disney World is a 90-minute drive. We're always happy to provide recommendations for either public golf courses or great local dog beaches - and there are plenty of both to choose from. Just ask! Accommodate even your big group or entire beach wedding party, all in one area. Eight other vacation rental homes line the same stretch of pristine St. Augustine Beach, making a perfect block-booking opportunity. Ask us for details! If a special occasion or deserved reward is in the works for your friends or family, consider renting all 3 houses together for one perfect vacation (Island Time Suite 1 (sleeps 6), Venetian Suite 2 (sleeps 8) and Yellow Sunrise Beach House 3(sleeps 6)). This is a welcome option for families traveling together for a special reunion. If you need more room, consider renting these houses that are just a few houses away - Casa Sunrise (sleeps 6), SeaHorse (sleeps 8), Dolphin (sleeps 6), Egret (sleeps 8) and Flamingo (sleeps 6) Our Venetian Ocean Front Beach house is located at 3930 Coastal Highway. You'd expect nothing short of luxury from a resort named Yacht Harbor. Happily Yacht Harbor 363 more than lives up to the promise of its name. Step out onto Yacht Harbor's lavishly landscaped grounds and you'll find a 209-slip marina! Then there's the red-tinged sands of Cinnamon Beach a half-mile away, the walking and biking trails of the Intracoastal, and easy access to tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and more. Even the theme parks of Orlando are just a day trip away. Yacht Harbor 363 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps eight, thanks to two sofa beds in addition to the king-size bed in the master suite and the two twin beds in the second bedroom. The living room flows into the dining area. In addition to a table that seats six comfortably, there's also a breakfast bar with stools for two more. This area in turn segues into the kitchen. Even if the only thing you planned to make for dinner during your stay was reservations, this kitchen could well tempt you to cook a feast. It's equipped with beautiful granite countertops, all your major appliances (including the all-important microwave and dishwasher!), and more than a few minor ones. Just 10 miles south of St. Augustine's Old Town, Windjammer sits on the thinnest part of Anastasia Island, closest to the ocean AND Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). You'll feel like you're drifting on a boat, with green and blue vistas on both sides -- tropical dunes and ocean surf east and the shimmering ICW and marsh islands west! Eastward, enjoy the Atlantic oceanfront from a 25'-long covered balcony (no buildings or walkways in sight). Sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom open onto this breathtaking space, where 6 big swivel chairs and 2 round tables offer room for morning sunrises, afternoon shade and cool breezes for meals, drinks, reading and web-browsing. The native grasses and palmetto palms on the dunes provide homes for our resident sea turtle and rabbits, while flocks of seagulls and pelicans patrol the ocean shore. Westward, through our windows or on the Windjammer balconies, you'll thrill to the ICW panorama and swear you could step on board sailboats, yachts and fishing boats floating by. Tides change the landscape all day, with emerging islands, sandbars and oyster beds. Exotic birds fly back and forth from the Matanzas Inlet. It's a short walk across A1A to Windjammer's private ICW pier, where guests can launch their kayaks and fishermen can catch redfish, flounder or sea trout. Sunset is an event! We want you to make the most of your stay. Our welcome book is filled with super tips on local sights, restaurants and activities - (what we wish we had known!) -- and a folder holds brochures and coupons. Covered, ground floor parking means first floor is really a second floor view! An elevator makes grocery shopping and beach-toting easy, and a handy trash chute is just down the hall. A stairway near 104's door provides a shortcut to the pool, so you can keep an eye on family or call them in from the balcony. A wooden walkway on the Atlantic side takes you to the sugary white sands of Crescent Beach. Sunlit from both sides, 104's dining, kitchen & living area is bright, beachy and beautiful. The whites of shabby chic tables, a light kitchen and beadboard contrast with nautical blue walls. Plush new furniture features Cape Cod stripes, starfish and sailboats. Colorful Caribbean art and fun seaside decorations far exceed the ordinary. Watch HDTV or movies from our sea-themed hutch and play music on a radio/CD/I-Pod player, which sits on an underwater treasure chest. Savor sunrise coffees (expresso/cappuccino maker provided) and sunset drinks. A breakfast bar and bar chairs add to our well-equipped kitchen, with an updated flat cooktop, Bosch dishwasher and new cookware and utensils. Shell-bordered dishes, great serving platters, and palm-etched glassware are top quality. The dining room hutch holds plastic fish plates and goblets for kids. Dress up meals with cool placemats or chic palm linens - beach-stylin'! The spacious master bedroom, an oasis of palm trees and rattan, guarantees a great night's sleep with its new king therapedic mattress and the soothing rhythm of the ocean's surf. Enjoy your own Samsung TV and Blue-Ray player and relax in the jetted tub (with day-time ocean views!) You'll have lots of room on our long, sand-tiled, dual-sink vanity and a big walk-in closet. The palm motif continues throughout the walk-in shower, art, bedding, lamps, fans and lush towels. The guest bedroom, with stunning ICW views, sports a lively sailboat border. Comfy new twin beds and jaunty sailboat bedding will delight kids and adults. The maritime decor includes lighthouse accessories, a sailboat lamp, and nautical touches. Tropical fish accent the updated guest bathroom (also usable from the main room) and walk-in shower. Brightly-colored, they look like they swam from a saltwater aquarium onto art, the shower curtain, wall hooks, and thick towels. Behind folding doors is a full-size washer and dryer, beach towels and bag, a cooler and more surprises. Welcome to Paradise! It's a great place for the whole group to get together for after-dinner drinks, a quick round of cards, or a long evening of reminiscing. Gather together the whole gang and have the time of your life at Sweet Dreams, our 3-story beach house near Flagler Beach. With ocean views, 2 kitchens, balconies, a private pool and spa, and even an elevator, it combines comfort with perfect location! You'll see both the sunrise and sunset from the 3rd floor balcony at Sweet Dreams. With the ocean one row of houses away and the Intracoastal Waterway at our back, there are beautiful vistas and convenient places to beach comb, swim, kayak, boat, and simply sunbathe, all within a few minutes' walk. But you don't really have to leave Sweet Dreams to find great water, thanks to our sparkling dancing dolphins swimming pool and heated spa! Surrounded by open deck for lounging, and framed in tropical palm trees, our pool is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. And with our brand-new gas grill out on the deck, why not spend the evening in, playing Marco Polo and Sharks and Minnows?! The first floor also boasts a big bedroom with a queen-sized bed, HDTV, and nice views, plus a second bedroom with 1 queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The 1st floor also has a full bathroom, so it's easy for the kids to run in and out from the pool. (There is a bathroom on each floor of our house.) If anyone in your group has accessibility issues or appreciates ground-level access to the pool, the first floor is ideal! And of course the elevator awaits, as well as indoor and outdoor stairs. The 2nd floor is all about easy, comfortable family living. There's a lovely kitchenette here (at wheelchair level), so if you're traveling with a second family or if some members of your group have special dietary needs, this is a great place for them. The second floor also features a big family game room, which includes a full bar, long sofa, foosball, giant flat-screen TV, and access to the wide, breezy balcony. And, the 2nd floor is handicapped equipped with wide shower doors & toilet rail. On the second floor are several bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 queen-sized bed and HDTV, and one with bunkbeds and a daybed, plus access to the balcony. These rooms share the second full bathroom. The third floor contains the formal living room, kitchen, dining area, and master suite. Although the views are lovely from many rooms in Sweet Dreams, the living room has a sweeping ocean view that complements its high ceilings and clean, modern lines. A giant 42-inch HDTV is mounted on the wall, while 2 sets of sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony. Two of the ultra-comfy couches becomes a queen bed, and the polished hardwood floors feel so good on hot, tired beach feet! Adjacent to the living room, in a sun-soaked corner of the house, is our big dining area. In addition to the long table set with chairs, we have stools at the breakfast bar and a long bench. But let's face it: most of your meals are going straight out to the balcony or the side of the pool! Bring along the Settlers of Catan, a few decks of cards, and all your electronics (you have free wireless Internet at Sweet Dreams), and turn the dining room into a game and computer center! Of course, you may have to revise your plans for eating out once you see the kitchen at Sweet Dreams. Everything is brand new, gleaming in white, black, and silver. Stainless-steel appliances, stone countertops, all the dishes and cookware and utensils you could ask for, and timesavers from the microwave and dishwasher to the coffeemaker -- they're all waiting for you here! You will love spending time in this state-of-the-art kitchen. And then there's the master suite, with its king-sized bed, huge flat-screen TV, private entrance to the balcony, and luxurious bathroom. An elegant, relaxing room, it's a haven you'll want to return to each night. And the separate vanities in the bathroom, plus the walk-in shower, make you want to linger long in the morning. The laundry room is here (in the master suite) as well. Gaze out at the Inter-coastal from the lanai of our 3rd storey condo at Canopy Walk 832 and feel a deep contentment steal over you. You're in paradise, surrounded by nature, the best leisure activities, and a beautifully appointed condo that's as comfy as home! The lanai blends the inside and outside living spaces nicely, with casual seating and a panoramic view of the lovely grounds, boat docks, and the Inter-coastal at Canopy Walk. The perfect place for sunrise and twilight beauty, the lanai will probably become your favorite spot at the condo with unobstructed views of the intracoastal. Take the computer out and catch up on your social media (you have free WiFi here and a free printer inside the condo!), bring your binoculars for up-close enjoyment of water birds and other wildlife, or simply enjoy your first cup of morning coffee and last glass of evening wine in the balmy breeze! Step through the sliding glass doors and you're in our living room, decorated in cool sea tones and designed for comfort and togetherness. We have a brand-new 40 HDTV with DVD player to keep the group entertained, and our couch and matching easy chair are the last word in comfort. Kick back in the recliner with your favorite movie, or gather the whole group for a silly game of charades! Everything is light, open, and restful here -- the perfect place to return to after a long day in the sun or on the water! Our dining area is just beyond the living room, with a glass-topped round table beneath a stylish modern chandelier. With the open kitchen just steps away, this is a convenient and elegant place to dine. Yet you may find yourself taking most of your meals out to the lanai, and using this space as a game table. It's just too easy to pop in your favorite music, pick up drinks and snacks from the kitchen, and settle in to a rousing night of poker or Monopoly. You may not be planning to do much cooking this vacation, but whether you prepare grand feasts or open takeout containers, you'll love our kitchen. Everything is new, spotlessly clean, and convenient. We've got all the dishes, cookware, utensils, and gadgets you can imagine -- no running out to the store to grab a corkscrew! -- and you'll appreciate the convenience of having a microwave, coffeemaker, blender, icemaker, and other time-savers. Grab and go! But the real luxury of our condo is the bedrooms. It's so important for everyone to get a good night's sleep after busy vacation days, and you'll feel cozy, comfortable, and relaxed in our bedrooms. All of the linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, as are the towel sets for the bathrooms. So you can pack light (and have more room for souvenirs)! The master suite is just perfect for sleeping late! With an ultra-luxurious king-size bed with orthopedic mattress, it encourages long lie-ins. And the lanai is just a few steps away, via a sliding glass door, for moonlit stargazing. The en-suite master bath has plenty of room and all the modern fittings, with his-and-her sinks to make the morning rush more pleasant. The second bedroom contains a plush queen-size bed with orthopedic mattress and 22 flat screen TV, and the third has matching twins. You'll also find a second full bathroom, convenient to both of these rooms. We've even got a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use. Make yourself at home! Canopy Walk combines the beauty of old Florida with the excitement of a contemporary resort, and you'll find countless activities to keep you busy here. The old-growth trees are breathtaking, and walking trails take you right beneath their boughs. There is a marina for your boat or kayak, stocked fishing lakes, a clubhouse with games and a fitness center, a playground, a gradual-slope pool with heated Jacuzzi, and courts for everything from basketball to volleyball. All ages will love this 53-acre complex, just steps from the Intracoastal Waterway and 3 miles from the beach. Come stay at Canopy Walk 832 soon! Your vacation begins as soon as you step foot inside Canopy Walk 635 and see the intracoastal view from the 3rd floor. At over 1,500 sq. ft., this end unit is more spacious than many houses, and just as luxuriously outfitted with brand new HDTV. The living room, for instance, has plenty of comfortable seating for watching our new HDTV or Blue Ray Player, playing games, reading, and napping. What's more, one of the generously cushioned sofas opens up to become a bed for two, so that this three-bedroom condo can easily accommodate up to eight guests. After all, the more the merrier! Glass doors open up the living room to a screened-in balcony overlooking the resort's impeccably manicured grounds and the Intracoastal Waterway, making Canopy Walk an especially wonderful choice if you have a boat, canoe, or kayak. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, so you can watch the boats sail by and enjoy the languid breezes while relaxing over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The night sky is particularly gorgeous from this vantage point, allowing you to make out stars you might never have seen before. Should you prefer to eat indoors than on the balcony, Canopy Walk 635 has a dining area off to one side of the kitchen and a breakfast nook on the opposite side. If you're vacationing with another family, you can settle the kids down at one table and enjoy relaxing conversation with the adults at the other. The open kitchen is large enough to accommodate several chefs-remember what we said about the more the merrier? It's fully equipped with appliances large (refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher) and small (microwave, toaster, coffee maker). There's also all the cookware, utensils, and tableware you could possibly need, even if you're planning to cook the most elaborate of feasts. The master bedroom, like the living room, opens onto the balcony, and there's a desk positioned under another window, so whether you're lounging on the king-size bed or catching up on email, you'll have a view of land, sea, and sky. There's also a TV and bedside tables with lamps, should you prefer a bit of late-night reading to watching cable. The other two bedrooms have their own TVs as well. One room has a queen-size bed, the other two twin beds, making it perfect for the kids. Both are tastefully decorated with woven wicker furniture and offer plenty of elbow room. Fresh bedding, pillows, and towels are included, so that's one less suitcase you have to worry about bringing! The bathrooms, like the rest of Canopy Walk 635, are clean, roomy, modern, and amenity-packed. For additional convenience, there's a full-size washer and dryer right in the condo. As airy and comfortable as the condo is, you'll want to leave it sometime, if only to take advantage of the numerous activities within the 53 acres of the private gated resort. There's the welcoming heated pool, for starters, surrounded by chaises for lounging, and a whirlpool for a luxuriating soak. If you're looking to work up a sweat, check out the volleyball and basketball courts and the fitness center. Or take a walk or ride a bike along one of Canopy Walk's gorgeous trails. These connect with the famed St. Joe Walkway and the Intracoastal Waterway Trail, home to all sorts of birds and other wildlife. You may even spot a dolphin or manatee during one of your rambles! For a walk of a different kind, you can head to European Village, with its restaurants, shops, and live entertainment; it's just a half-mile away. Also nearby is the Ocean Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, and the Conservatory Golf Course, designed by Tom Watson. Both St. Augustine and Daytona Beaches are within a half-hour drive, as is the city of St. Augustine, which proudly declares itself to be the nation's oldest city. Stay at Canopy Walk 635, and you'll be spoiled for choice. And isn't the point of a vacation to spoil yourself? So don't delay: Book your vacation, and start treating yourself, today. *** Charges = $150 for cleaning, & $95 security damage waiver fee. 4.95% booking/amenity fee & tax is 11%. *** Charges = $150 for cleaning, & $95 security damage waiver fee. 4.95% booking/amenity fee & tax is 11%.
