The villa has been built on a conservation area and is surrounded by mature trees and wetland areas. The pictures are up-to-date and very clean. The location is right off the I-4 which is really handy and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet and no backyard neighbours provides extra privacy around the pool. We came back to Canada December 29. I am back to work now and the family is enjoying our white Christmas weather. Our stay at your great villa couldn't have been more perfect. We had plenty of room and only discovered the 2 extra sofa beds on our last day. Your home was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Everything you could possibly need is there. It was wonderful to be able to come home from the parks and throw a load of laundry in and relax by the pool. The kids loved the pool as much as they enjoyed Disney. There are many, many good restaurants and shopping centres nearby. I wasted some vacation time at the Walmart thinking i was getting a better deal but next time I will stay at the publix and enjoy my time at your home. It is really only a short drive to Disney, Lego land, Air boat rides and Sea world. We loved being slightly south of Orlando and away from the traffic and noise. We would recommend this home and hope to be able to come back again for another stay. The patio BBQ we enjoyed immensely and I am buying the same model once I get time. The outdoor music, wireless Internet and free phone calls to Canada/USA is another great feature of your villa. The owners and property management are both first rate and easy to work with, though we've had no issues in 2 trips down to this lovely villa. Located in a quiet, gated community within 10-15 minutes to all Disney parks, we have chosen this 4 bedroom villa for our past 2 holiday vacations in Orlando. We intend to come back for a 3rd time in the near future. The heated pool was comfy even when the temp was in the low 40's. Also, there were no noisy neighbors, just some beautiful cranes in the yard one day! That was an unexpected treat. I wish to thank the owners for allowing us to book with them again as we have just had a terrific time on both of our stays in their villa. Tips: There is a Publix Supermarket and a Dunkin Donuts within 3-4 convenient minutes of the home. Also, within just 10 minutes is a Giordano's restaurant, which features a phenomenal Chicago-style stuffed pizza that is sooooo good. Pool heat Dec.-Feb. is a must and worked very well on both of our stays. Tickets can be purchased nearby at Billy Boy's Tickets in Kissimmee for a decent discout over Disney's gate prices. THey can be found online and are Authorized Disney Ticket resellers. They are above board and we have used them to save hundreds over the years. As we have stayed in many vacation rentals in this area we have encountered a wide variety of owners and property managers. The property manager was the best we have ever worked with! Very courteous and helpful! When we finally purchase our own villa-we would definitely consider having him manage our property!
