About the property

Move-in ready. In the upscale Arrowhead Ranch area, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a view, on a lake and golf course. The property has a Glendale address but is right on the Peoria/Glendale line. It's also close to North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, the Sun Cities, Surprise, Avondale, El Mirage, Youngtown, etc. Quick access to the 101 Loop yet still very peaceful. The condo is open with high vaulted ceilings, comfortable, and modern. The view from the living area and master bedroom is spectacular. It's an end unit in a secure, gated complex. On the second (and top) floor, which provides additional security and you won't hear anyone stomping around above. Split floor plan with two Master suites for privacy; one with King bed and one with Queen bed. King master bedroom has walk-in closet; large closet in Queen master. LCD HDTVs and DVD players in both bedrooms. Two full baths. Full-size sofabed in the main living area. Fully equipped kitchen. Desktop PC with high-speed Internet and printer, plus a secure WiFi network. Bedrooms have new quality carpet; other rooms have beautiful tile flooring. 37-inch LCD HDTV with Expanded cable and DVD player in the living room. Full-size washer and dryer. Electric grill (gas grills not allowed by local fire department) and seating on the balcony. Free reserved and covered parking space with in-complex guest parking nearby. A private swimming pool and spa are steps away from the unit. Always professionally cleaned from top to bottom prior to your stay. Within two miles or less of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and Starbucks, including the famed Arrowhead Towne Center mall. Post office and hospital are within about 1 mile. Public golf course a half-mile away. There's even a Cabela's retail store within 11 miles. We collect a fully refundable security/reservation deposit of $500 and a non-refundable $125-$150 cleaning fee, depending on length of stay. All utilities are included. In summer months (June-September) there is an electricity allowance of $175 per month included in the base monthly rate; we will send an invoice for anything over that $175 allowance, with a copy of the electric bill to document the invoiced amount. This allowance is intended to be adequate for normal comfort and usage. There is absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the balcony and pets are not permitted.
