Our 1942 single story California Ranch style home sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land. The house is situated on a corner with no neighbors in view on at least 3 sides. You will find 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, office, living room with fireplace, a family room with fire place, eat in kitchen, with space in the gargage for storage. The house is surrounded by wrap around sun decks for party and lounge space around the heated pool. The home has contemporary interiors in a simple clean style. The house is situated 1 mile from Glendale College, 1 minute to the quaint village of Montrose, 2 minutes to Downtown shopping malls, bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to downtown Pasadena, and 25 minutes to DisneyLand and other Los Angeles attractions very near by.
