My apartment is in Manhattan so everything is very close to my place at walking distance or just minutes away in the subway. It’s not far like Brooklyn or Queens where you have to take trains or buses just to make it into Manhattan. My place is ideally located on 66th Street and 1st Avenue which is 5 minutes from Time Square and 5 streets away from Central Park. The area is nice and safe. Here you can find some good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. About my place ... I keep a clean Apartment. I don't have roommates. I don't have pets.
