The entire back end of the home comes with oversized windows that bring the outdoors in. You will sit at the breakfast nook and look onto the golf course and mountain views. The main floor also has one bedroom on with a queen size bed along with a bathroom with shower. Just around the corner from the bedroom you will find the laundry area where you will be able to use a new washer & dryer. You carry through with direct access to the 3 car garage. On your way up to the second story you will see built in niches with various art, plants or mirrors, the staircase contains built in lighting. There are another 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king and the other with a queen size bed . The master bedroom is spacious with patio doors to a private deck. Enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the views of the pool and mountain. While laying in your king size bed, watch TV before you call it a night. From the bedroom you will walk through to the walk in closet with loads of hangers for your clothing and skirts. The master bathroom has his and hers counters with a shower, a corner bathtub and private toilet. The pleasures of the backyard are spacious as you also have plenty of room around the pool area to soak in the sun. The pool area and surrounding concrete was constructed in 2011 with the ambiance of lighting in the pool to waterfalls and we made sure there was plenty of shallow water (4 inches deep) for the smallest of our travellers. If it is raining the covered deck will still allow you to enjoy the comforts of being outside.
