You already know (as the expression goes) what you're in for when you're talking Boerum Hill. It's not a necessity that you be a Nets or an Islanders fan, but it helps. You're now so close to the Barclay's Center that you'll forever be hearing reverberations of "Start Me Up". Plus, the shopping in that area's cool and there are stores and restaurants and lots of bars to get your Bukowski on. It's the life, you know? And there's only 1 (that we know of) so enjoy! Here's even more to enjoy: -Pets Allowed -Condition: Excellent -Hardwood Floors -Renovated -Individual Thermostat Control -Windows & Closets -Closed Circuit TV -Open Kitchen -High Ceilings -Heat and Hot Water -Stainless Steel Appliances -W/D Hookup -Balcony -5 Mins to Manhattan -Shared Roof Overlooking Nyc Skyline & Statue of Li -Ceramic Tiled Bath -2 Spacious Bedrooms -Elevator -Virtual Doorman -Washer/Dryer Allowed -Balcony -Roof Deck -Roof Access -Parking $300 Extra -Roof Access -Fence Secured Parking Available $300 monthly -Borders North Park Slope, Boerum Hill, Fort Greene...Trendy Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Organic Food Stores All On 5th, 7th, & Flatbush Ave...4 Short Blocks To Atlantic Pacific Terminal For The "2,3,4,5,B,Q,D,M,N,R" Trains...Close To B.A.M., Long Island University & The Brooklyn Hospital Center...

The Union St [R] is really crucial if only because that's the point where you can determine that you're REALLY in Park Slope. Otherwise, you may not know where you are. And I might not either. I mean, I don't know if the area going back towards the Barclay's Center is technically Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens or Downtown Brooklyn. Don't tell me either. In this instance, I prefer my ignorance. But I DO know: -Hardwood floors -Big Windows -Great location -Shops, bars, restaurants, stores -Union St [R]
