We have three privately-owned condominium short-term vacation rentals. They are located in Caribbean Villas in Kissimmee, Florida. For your convenience, the owner lives in the same complex as the rentals and will be available during your stay. All of our condos have been newly remodeled. This is not a timeshare. There are no sales pitches. The condos are approximately 15 minutes driving time to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. Sea World and Universal Studios are approximately a 25 minute drive. 60 minutes driving time to Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach. South Orlando is approximately 5 minutes driving time. Shopping and restaurants are about a half mile from the condos. The Gulf Coast beaches are a 2 hour drive time. This two bedroom, two bath furnished condo has 1, 000 sq. ft. of living space. Equipped with all new appliances (stove/oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, etc.), this rental condo has all of the conveniences of home including a private outside patio. This has been completely remodeled. The condominiums have a 42 flat-screen HD TV, local phone, satellite or cable TV, DVD, and CD player. Wireless high-speed internet is available for your laptop, at no charge. All of our condos and the ones I manage are one story and have central heat and air conditioning.
